SAR Challenge 2007 Waiver

The registration form MUST be submitted with the Team Captain’s Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form along with Payment In Full. Registration fee is $200/ team and includes t-shirts (if available) and after event BBQ and awards.  Additional tickets for BBQ may be purchased for $8 each.  Registration fees may be paid via check or PayPal. 

Registration deadline: August 4th. No on-site registration is available.

How to send money by PayPal

  1. Sign up for a PayPal account, if you don't have one.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Click the Send Money tab.
  4. Enter your recipient's email address (dferguso@mix.wvu.edu) and the amount.
  5. Review your transaction, then send it.
How to pay by check
  1. Make check out to "Mountaineer Area Rescue Group".
  2. Write your team name and "SAR Challenge 2007" in the memo area of the check.
  3. Mail the check and forms to the address given on the registration forms.
